Return Policy

Roseanna M. White’s shop uses a combination of self-fulfilled and third-party-fulfilled products.

Products Fulfilled Direction by Roseanna M. White

Any products that are fulfilled directly can be returned at no cost within 90 days of customer’s receipt of product. Just email roseanna@roseannawhite.com to get a return started. You’ll be provided with a return label electronically within 2 business days, and your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the return.

Products Fulfilled by Third-Party Printers

Products fulfilled by third-party printers are printed especially for you and are not returnable; the exception being if a product is damaged in transit or has a major flaw from production. These products include: all Blessed Is She Who Believed items, full-color T-shirts and tote bags, all mugs aside from the blue My Happy Place mug, blankets, Edwardian journals, flags, book cover puzzles, towels, and anything else tagged with the Fulfilled by Printify or Drop Shipped tags. (Item tags can be found under the Paypal buttons on all product pages.) Rings are not returnable, but other jewelry is.

Digital Products

Digital products are always available for full refund. Just contact Roseanna at roseanna@roseannawhite.com with your reason for requesting one. Please include your Order Number in your email as well.

Tea Party Book Club

Tea Party Book Club – If you purchase a package, it is refundable up until it has shipped; once shipped, it is no longer available for refund, but if you can’t make the party, your reservation can be moved to a different party. If you purchased a seat-only option, it is available for either refund or moving reservation to a different party. See “Products Fulfilled by Roseanna M. White” for instructions on what to include in an email about a needed return.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are not refundable but can be cancelled at any time.
